Tim Winstead

Tim Winstead is a native Tar Heel who came to Wilmington in 1974. He is a 1969 engineering graduate of North Carolina State University. He retired from BellSouth in November 2006. Having always loved the study of history, Tim returned to school and earned a BA in History at UNCW in May, 2010. Tim enjoys historical research and hopes to "write a book" and continue to learn. He and his wife, Marsha, make their home in Wilmington.
